TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR RENDEZVOUS EN FRANCE TOUR 2005
Tour Price (land
content only): approx AUD $9,900 twin share
Single Supplement: available on request. The above price is
for a minimum of ten people.
Tour price includes:
*Accommodation throughout on a twin share basis,
subject to availability.
* Light French breakfast.
* All coach, underground metro travel and train
from Aix en Provence to Paris from 13th September to 29th
September 2005
* Entry to the museums, galleries and gardens
listed if attending at the scheduled time.
* Pre-tour notes and folio.
Tour price does not include:
* Any Airfares.
* Lunches, afternoon teas and evening meals.
* Charges for luggage in excess of 20kg.
*Personal spending money.
*Travel and medical insurance.
*Taxi fares.
* Single supplement fee. (cost is based on a
shared room)
*Optional extras as listed.
*Phone calls and facsimiles.
*Transfer from Paris hotel on departure.
* Transfer from Paris to Aix en Provence.
*Transfer to our chateau hotel in Aix.
To make a reservation:
A confirmed reservation on the tour will be made on receipt
of a cheque for $500 by way of deposit. Payment ASAP.

Balance:
Balance of your tour deposit must be paid 60 days
before your departure on the 13th September ie. 15th July
2004.
Refund of Deposit etc:
Refund of deposit, less a $200 service fee, will be given
when cancellation is made over 60 days in advance of the commencement
of the tour.
Cancellations within 60 days
or less:
a) 60 to 40 days prior to commencement will incur a cancellation
fee of $500
b) 39 to 8 days prior to commencement will incur a cancellation
fee of 50% of the tour price
c) 7 to 1 day prior to commencement will incur a cancellation
fee of 100% of the tour price
d) 0 days prior: Once the tour has commenced, no refund can
be made.
Conditions:
1) Rendezvous en France act only as agents for participants
in making bookings and arrangements with hoteliers and tour
operators during the tour and cannot accept liability for
any loss, damage, injury, accident, death, delay, diversion,
default or journey, trip or tour or in the carrying out of
any arrangements or the use of facilities booked by or through
them. No responsibility is accepted for events which are beyond
their control such as but not limited to flood, fire, civil
disturbance, failure or machinery, equipment or industrial
action.
2) A minimum number for a group booking is
10 people; the operators reserve the right to cancel the tour
for reasons of insufficient numbers and, in that event, a
full refund of all monies paid will be refunded.
3) Rendezvous en France reserves the right to decline any
passenger as a member of the tour at any time.
Requirements:
It is a condition of travel that you are covered by some form
of international travel insurance.
Please note that travel insurance may not cover
costs incurred due to a pre-existing illness or other condition.
Travel insurance is available through ITS Holidays at competitive
rates. Tour participants traveling on a foreign passport may
require a re-entry visa. Please advise us if this affects
you. You are also requested to send us a photocopy of the
front page of your passport together with a separate passport
photograph prior to the commencement of the tour.
Changes in tour price:
The price of this tour may change with currency fluctuations
or if the group size is under ten. We shall, however, do all
in our power to maintain the published price.
